Overview
To facilitate the Saudi "e-Hajj system," Obokash has integrated a pre-registration process for all prospective Hajj pilgrims. With IT support provided by Business Automation Ltd. on behalf of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the pre-registration system ensures a smooth and organized preparation for Hajj 2025. Any updates or technical changes in the system will be promptly communicated through official notifications on the Hajj website.
To initiate the process, the pre-registration system must be activated prior to handling any licenses. It’s important to note that a single email cannot be used for multiple licenses as assigned by the Hajj agencies to the Hajj office.
In the technical environment, the original users need to be managed independently from the training server, as they operate on distinct databases. Full cooperation among all parties involved is essential for a successful pre-registration experience.
